How long does delivery take?
- Local delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location.
- Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing?
Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, cancellations are allowed for Cash on Delivery orders only within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, or once the order is processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I inspect my order at delivery?
- Orders cannot be opened or inspected at the door.
- You may accept or refuse the order in full.
- Partial returns at delivery are not allowed.
What is the exchange policy?
- You can exchange your item within 5 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
What is the return, and refund policy?
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order (Requests must be submitted)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, and with all tags attached
- Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after the item passes inspection and quality checks.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Who covers return shipping?
- Defective items or an incorrect product that does not match your order (wrong size, color, or style) → we cover shipping in full.
- Other returns (size change, color change, personal preference) → return shipping fee paid by the customer.

- Customer information collected for orders, returns, or UGC submissions is used solely to process requests and provide order updates.
- We respect your privacy and do not share personal data with any third party without your consent.
